All you have to do is design the contest rules. Make a list of things you would like to change in the way your employees perform and base the rules of the contest around them. Reward the individuals with monopoly money and watch them perform as they work toward winning an item.

All employees have a chance to win an auction item; the ones that performed the best will have the most money and compete for the largest items while other's will still have a chance at winning a item and participate.
